Role: Develop a scalable and reliable Fleet Management System for our AMRs. Make decisions relating to algorithm development, system architecture, implementation and practical utility.
Design and implement scalable and efficient systems for scheduling, optimization and multi robot path planning.
Guide and mentor a team of junior developers.
Understand product requirements and create development roadmaps and execution plans.
Develop CI, testing and release processes for Fleet software.
Create comprehensive system design documents and technical documents.
Add to Organisation Intellectual property by identifying assets in output that are eligible for patents, copyrights, etc
Be part of a Key stakeholder team including members from other functional verticals to evolve products and technology
5+ years of R&D experience in Mobile Robotics or practical software engineering for large systems in a Linux/Unix environment.
Experience with reading and implementing published research.
Deep understanding of Multi agent path planning algorithms and optimization techniques.
Experience with planning friendly Data structures such as Graphs, Trees and Multi resolution/locality sensitive hashes.
Experience leading small teams technically.
Experience developing server applications.
Demonstrated expertise building scalable and efficient software and algorithms.
Development tools: UML, C++, boost, ROS, git, DBMS

Masters/PhD Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research or a related field or equivalent experience
